Abstract

This policy brief investigates “Adoption Barriers in MLOps for SMEs in Sub-Saharan Africa: Post-Pandemic Lessons” using a event study methodology. Through a human-centered lens, the analysis integrates multi-source data to derive a validated measurement model for researchers and practitioners.
