This collaborative approach considers the interests of both parties and offers a mutually beneficial outcome.

Role of Mediation and Communication in Achieving Mutual Satisfaction

I will facilitate communication between the two clients and mediate the discussion to help them reach a mutually acceptable agreement. If they choose to split the orange, I will proceed accordingly. If they agree on the second option, I will ensure the waiting customer is reassured about the upcoming shipment and promised benefits.
