Introduction
I want to focus on the fact that, within the mentioned module, the project workshops helped me improve social and ethical sensitivity and accountability. These activities entailed practical, life-like experiences in which individuals had to reason out and act accordingly in groups. This facilitated the acquisition of these skills and made me appreciate the skills needed in the working world.

Project workshops were highly stylized, scenario-based activities within an educational environment aimed at simulating professional context and psychosocial conditions. These workshops are intended for the participants' social and ethical sense and accountability via skills-based approaches and learning activities.

· Provide Constructive Feedback: Make it possible for people to receive criticism and give critiques to others, encouraging self- and other development.
These activities included projects to give back to the community, business simulations where students develop sustainable business models, and debriefing.

Activity: Community Service Project
Description:
· Context: Our team was assigned the task of focusing on community service as a way of helping to solve a problem affecting different people in the community.

Description:
· Context: Indeed, the sustainability plan for implementing the project entailed feasible economic strategies that went hand in hand with environmental benefits and the principles of ethical purchasing.
· Contribution: In this aspect, established procedures for making business decisions were examined based on the enterprise's ethical standards and the principles of sustainability and fairness.
· Outcome: This activity taught me how to examine the implications of business decisions for the common good and sustainment of the earth.
· Reflection: This project helped highlight that ethical concerns and issues should be factored in when managing businesses. I realized that I have developed the ability to analyze the consequences of our behavior concerning the environment and, at the same time, society.

Activity: Debriefing Sessions
Description:
· Context: To evaluate the outcomes of each of the implemented workshop activities, we did a debriefing involving discussing what we did and what could be done better.
· Contribution: These sessions ensure that people reflect on issues that affect them and promote healthy criticism.
· Outcome: Reflective practice made me acknowledge prejudices and presuppositions, thus making me a more socially and ethically responsible student.
· Reflection: The debriefing sessions were crucial in increasing my level of self–awareness. Having received my peers’ feedback on my presentation on ethical issues in technology, I could note the significance of expressing ideas and arguments clearly and coherently, thus enhancing my speaking skills.

Activity: Comments on Sustainable Business Plan
Description:
· Context: Critiques from peers and teachers over developing our sustainable business plan revealed that we need to pay a lot of attention to the ethical aspect of sourcing, specifically about our selection of the appropriate offshore manufacturing supplier.
· Contribution: Such feedback gave important information concerning the solid points and flaws that must be fixed.
· Outcome: A breakdown of the above insight was very helpful in molding me into a more conscious, ethical decision-maker.
· Reflection: This feedback has benefited my development and professional experience during these activities. It has helped me prepare to make correct decisions in my future courses and job.
Conclusion
The various activities conducted in the workshop part of the project have helped me to the extent that social and ethical issues arose as possible responsibilities. Through building multiple types of partnerships, offering the case of ethical decisions, and thinking aloud, these workshops have provided me with the case and ideas to deal with the multifaceted social and moral questions. The recommendations I got in these activities have also furthered my personal growth, so I am ready to make all sorts of reasonable decisions during essential endeavors. The above experiences have made my academic endeavors productive and paved the way for my personal development in social and ethical conduct.
How and why have the project workshop activities developed your social and ethical awareness and responsibility?
Introduction
The project workshop that took place throughout this module has been highly beneficial in enhancing the social and ethical aspects and bringing responsibility into consideration. These activities were designed as learning activities that presented real-life situations that demanded the strategic application of these skills, thereby improving my knowledge of them and their practical use.
Among the most effective solutions that the workshops contributed to enhancing my awareness is the focus on the diversification of the teams. The interaction with fellow students from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds expanded my knowledge regarding the students’ attitudes toward the problems. As an example, in a local community service project, our working group was to identify the needs of the community subpopulations. Through this, I appreciated the need to be bias-free and thus embrace everyone in the community since we had to design solutions that would favor the whole community.
Furthermore, the ethical issues discussed in the workshops could have been more apparent, which is why the process of examination and decision-making was somewhat challenging. In one of my projects, where the aim was to develop a sustainable business strategy, I had to meet triple-bottom-line impacts: the company’s profitability, the effect on the company’s environment, and the social responsibility impacts, such as ethical and responsible procurement. This activity made me understand that ethical aspects must be considered while pursuing a business strategy as it helps assess the effects of the choices made on society and the environment.
The other feature of these workshops was the reflective practice. At the end of every event, we focused on reflective sessions that aimed at sharing feedback and concentrating on aspects that could be done better. Such introspections allowed me to develop social and ethical thinking as I could identify my prejudices and presumptions. For instance, while delivering a presentation on ethical dilemmas in technology, understanding that the message I convey and the argumentation with which I back it must be coherent was eye-opening. Therefore, the feedback I received allowed me to develop a better strategy and make more convincing and ethical future presentations.
Such practices and learning were also evident in the matters touching on feedback as an element of personal and professional development in the existing workshops. Receiving feedback from fellow students and faculty members was beneficial because it offered valuable recommendations for improving as a writer. For example, comments received on my sustainable business plan were that we need to address the supply chain ethics we use adequately. From this insight, I could have a broader view in making decisions based on the ethical principles enlightened by the Buddhist view.
Conclusion
Therefore, while working on the project and the performed activities in the workshop, I have enhanced my social and ethical perspectives of sensitivity and accountability. Through workshops, I have been privileged to develop competencies that logically entail a multicultural and pluralist approach into practice, thereby enabling me to solve daily ethical dilemmas encountered in social work practice. The feedback given throughout these activities has also helped in my development and allowed me to be in a position to make responsible decisions when I am in future endeavors in my academic and professional life. These have diversified the educational process and provided a solid basis for further social and ethical thinking development.
